2026 International Conference on Multi-scale Artificial Intelligence (MAI 2026) will be held from April 24th to 26th, 2026 in Shenyang, China. It is sponsored by IEEE, IEEE Harbin Section, and Hong Kong Society of Algorithms and Computing Technology (HKSACT); organized by School of Computer Science, Shenyang Aerospace University, China.
(该会议由沈阳航空航天大学主办,沈阳航空航天大学计算机学院承办;IEEE,IEEE哈尔滨分部,香港算法与计算技术学会共同赞助)
The main objective of MAI 2026 is to create an effective platform for researchers, and technical experts to share recent ideas, innovations, and problem-solving techniques in the vast areas of Multi-scale Artificial Intelligence. Another goal is to promote the transformation of fundamental research into institutional and industrialized research and to convert applied exploration into real time application. It will be an excellent opportunity for both researchers and industrial communities to meet, discuss, and share their research outcomes. Prospective authors are invited to submit their original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publications in the conference proceedings.

*Authors are invited to submit original full papers prepared in the prescribed format of at least 5 pages. Authors can include up to 7 additional pages at a cost of $50 per page. Electronic submission in PDF format is required.
*The papers should be written in English and clearly state the title, objective, method, results, and conclusion with major keywords.
*After receiving, the full paper submissions will go through a blind review process to check for originality, scientific quality, fitness/significance, novelty, completeness, consistency, and presentation.
*The papers should be original work of the author(s), and no portion of the paper (including, but not limited to, graphics and figures) has been previously published. The paper is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Further information about paper submission can be found on CALL FOR PAPERS webpage.
*The submitted full papers will go through a thorough double blind peer review process. Initial submissions with a high similarity index will be rejected without review. For papers that are accepted for review, Program Committee (PC) members will be matched to submissions based on research expertise and interest. The papers will be evaluated by at least TWO independent qualified reviewers and the whole review process will take around ONE month.
*Authors will be provided with a brief time window to address the initial review comments. The revised manuscripts submitted by the authors will then be taken into account in the final recommendations, and reviews may be changed accordingly. The final decisions on whether to accept or reject a paper for publication and presentation will be made by the Program Chairs.
*In double-anonymous mode, neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of each other’s identity. This way of review model ensures that the reviewers can give an honest and impartial evaluation of the papers.
